Developers will be responsible for the delivery of innovative solutions to the marketplace. The area is responsible for the design and development of all applications deployed, both internally and externally.

Requirements
- A minimum of five years' solid experience in software development using Java EE
- Experience working in a microservices architecture
- A proven track record of successful implementations at an enterprise level
- Solid experience and track record of the skills and competencies mentioned above
- Solid experience working in a multi-disciplinary team, nurturing collaboration and teamwork
- Solid understanding of batch and real-time data processing

Duties and Responsibilities
- Design and develop functional solutions with a strong focus on non-functional attributes
- Ensure the timeous delivery of work allocated
- Contribute to the IT body of knowledge through documentation and knowledge sharing
- Participate in and contribute to Hyphen’s IT Peer Review Process
- Adhere and contribute to Hyphen’s SDLC Process
- Participate in relevant IT Forums
- Participate, contribute and execute on the agreed IT Architecture and Roadmap
- Prioritise and manage workload effectively
- Establish, build and retain mutually-beneficial relationships with relevant stakeholders
- Manage personal development plan and career growth objectives
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures
- Be well read and stay abreast of the latest industry trends with a focus on continuous improvement
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or other quantitative discipline from an accredited institution
