Purpose of the Position
We are seeking enthusiastic IT Graduates who are eager to learn and grow in various technical disciplines within a fast-paced and innovative environment. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to rotate through different technical functions, including chatbot engineering, app engineering, backend engineering, marketing operations (MarTech), and digital enablement operations.
This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for technology and a desire to contribute to a variety of projects while building a diverse skill set.
Key Performance Objectives Tasks
Technical Rotation

- Chatbot Engineering: Assist in the design, development, and deployment of conversational AI bots. Support the integration of AI-driven solutions to improve customer engagement and service.
- Mobile Engineering: Work alongside mobile developers to design, implement, and maintain mobile applications. Participate in debugging and optimization of mobile solutions across various platforms (Android/iOS).
- Web Engineering: Collaborate on the development of web-based platforms. Support front-end and back-end web development, contributing to the creation of responsive, user-friendly digital experiences.
- Marketing Operations (MarTech): Support the configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting of marketing technology
- platforms. Assist in tracking campaign performance and optimising digital marketing workflows.
- Digital Enablement Operations: Provide operational support for digital platforms and ensure the smooth running of digital channels (web, app, chatbots). Collaborate across teams to resolve technical issues and contribute to ongoing digital initiatives.
Analysis of Customer Behaviour
- Conducts international and competitor research to understand and to identify Digital Adoption trends.
- Formulates business requirements based on research and ensures the execution of these business requirements through relevant stakeholders.
- (for e.g. Marketing, Customer Segments, Customer Contact Centre etc)
- Provides performance input into self-service management reporting
Risk Management
- Accountable for managing the business risk and ensures that the build is aligned to risk and compliance requirements
- Follow the different MCSA and MAH operational processes, including change activities and comms
Qualifications
- Equivalent NQF Level 6 Qualification in Technology, or similar
Experience
- A recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

Technical Competencies
- Familiarity with programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.)
- Understanding of mobile app development frameworks (e.g., Flutter, React Native)
- Experience with web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or similar frameworks)
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms, databases, and APIs
- Familiarity with marketing technologies and automation tools is a plus (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics)
