Key Responsibilities
- Implement and coordinate business/operating units security strategy/operation and customer service plans
- Develop, implement and maintain the business/operating units security performance management plan
- Implement and coordinate the business/operating units security applications and operations, crime prevention, protection of assets, infrastructure, systems and technology
- Manage external security service providers
- Implement and maintain the business / operating units security change management programme
- Manage the relevant internal, external stakeholder committees
- Manage human resources and provide an advisory service
- Coordinate vetting and related contractor screening process

Minimum Requirements
Qualification(s):
- Grade 12
- B Degree / B Tech / Advance Diploma, National Higher Diploma in Security Management / Policing / Forensic / Correctional Services / Criminal Justice / Law at NQF Level 7 with 360 credits
Experience:
- Five (5) years’ related experience in Supervisory / Management in Security environment
Professional Registration Body:
- Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA) – Grade A
