Real Estate Manager at Mr Price Group

We, Mr Price Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Real Estate Manager to join our Group Real Estate department. The key objective would be to manage a portfolio within our group where you would source the best sites to help develop our business and conduct rent renewal negotiations.

The key responsibilities for this role would include:

• Sourcing retail premises for the various trading divisions of the Mr Price Group in order to meet company growth strategy and trade divisional objectives. 
• Analyse trading areas and source opportunities to maximise store performance and track shifts in retail nodes and areas.
• Engineering expansion /and or reduction of current trading space in given locations in order to meet Group’s strategic growth objectives.
• Liaise and negotiate with developers, real estate owners, brokers and networking in the retail property industry.
• Follow up on project progress.
• Negotiation of closures and re-instatement of premises.
  
  
  
  

Our key requirements: 

•  Relevant degree or qualification in commerce and or real estate.
• 5 years’ experience within real estate sales, letting or broking.
•  5 years of management experience within a retail environment.
• The ability to analyse trade and consumer behaviour,
• The ability to negotiate and communicate effectively on all levels.
•  Excellent oral and written communication skills which should include report writing skill.
• There would also be extensive travel in this role
