your purpose
To optimize, identify and implement selected group real estate strategic operational projects, ways of working & initiatives by driving business improvements, innovation and efficiencies - communicating these projects and initiatives to MD and Divisional Directors. This includes managing the group energy and real estate maintenance initiatives that contribute to strategic objectives within the divisions.
your day-to-day responsibilities
Real Estate Group Project Management
- Oversees and runs group Real Estate projects (new, special projects, optimisation & sustainability) from initial meeting to completion to ensure project delivery within timing and budget. This includes the management of resources and teams required to deliver on the outcome of the project.

Innovation and Business Improvement Process
- Addressing the change implications associated with the process and continuous improvement. Conduct regular retrospectives and process reviews to identify improvement opportunities. Assess project risks and mitigate them.
Energy Optimization
- Steer group energy initiatives to ensure usage is optimized through innovative solutions. Continuously look for opportunities to improve on current realities.
Innovation and Business Process
- Identify new, innovative ways of working with the application of various new approaches and technologies to improve and streamline processes and reduce risk.
Maintenance
- Improvement and advancement of the Lease Eagle Management System
Business Analytics
- Provide insight into strategic initiatives, renewals, return on space, revamps as well as projects
Space/Real Estate
- Implement and enforce strict feasibility and process protocols to maximize the efficiency and profitability of new/existing space.

what are the requirements?
- Tertiary Qualification in Project Management or related
- 5 to 8 Years Experience in Project Management within Fashion Retail or Retail, Operational experience advantageous
- Understanding of store fitting in Fashion Retail or Retail, understand construction.
- Retail, Branding, Sustainability & Energy Optimisation, Lease Management, Space Management
