Duties

  • Resolving and responding to customers complaints professionally on various social platforms (via phone, e-mail and social media) within the required time limits - follow up to ensure resolution
  • Resolve service problems by assessing and identifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Expediting correction or adjustment and following up to ensure resolution
  • Activating customer accounts
  • Assisting branch managers and customers telephonically with queries/complaints
  • Maintain customer adjustments for deposits and withdrawals
  • Compiling basic admin reports by collecting and analysing customer information
  • Recommend potential products or services to management based on the above reports
  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers
  • Inform customers of deals and promotions
  • Work with the customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered

Required

  • Social media experience
  • Knowledge of Playa’s policies and procedures
  • PC experience (Outlook and Excel)
  • Able to remain calm in busy and occasionally difficult situations
  • Able to multi-task to ensure all duties are completed by shift end
  • Clear and concise communication skills
  • Able to give world-class customer care service to all clients
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
