Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management: Efficiently manage the front desk daily, ensuring a welcoming and professional first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff.
- Administrative Support: Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including handling phone calls, managing emails, and coordinating office logistics.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, directing visitors appropriately, and assisting with general information.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of incoming and outgoing correspondence, deliveries, and visitor logs.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other administrative staff to ensure the smooth functioning of office operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric qualification.
- NQF 5 qualification in Office Administration or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in office administration, with a focus on receptionist duties.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
