Claims Administrator (Insurance) - Mr Price Money

We’re on the search for a self-motivated and self-driven Claims Administrator who will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure timeous processing of all customer-related administrative queries.                                                                                                                                                                                         

RESPONSIBILITIES

• General policy administration to ensure that customer information is updated and correct.
• Liaising and assisting customers with the claim process to ensure a seamless process.
• Customer retention administration and policy fulfilment to increase the loyalty of customers.
• Handling customer complaints and disputes to avoid poor customer dissatisfaction.
• Registration and validation of claims to ensure that the claims process is actioned timeously.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• 1 - 2  Years’ Experience in Long & Short-Term Claims Administration 
• FAIS (Financial Advisory & Intermediary Services) & RE5 Accreditation (advantageous)
• Computer Literacy
• Telephonic and Written Skills.
• Proficient in MS Office
