We’re hiring a passionate, hungry-to-grow, IT Support Tech to be a helping hand to our Mr Price Group head office users.
Our Support team consist of various personalities that have one main thing in common- their passion for great customer service and their epic troubleshooting skills!
a day in your life
- Maintain End User environment - both remotely and on site
- Ensure timeous resolution of all Incidents logged via Service Desk
- Installing software, operating systems and setting up equipment for users
- Ensure that all IT hardware or software problems are resolved with SLA
- Be proactive and innovative in the End User environment
- Identify trending issues and troubleshoot root causes
- Building relationships with users and providing excellent customer service

what we are looking for in our new tech
- A reliable personality that can not only support 300+ users comfortably but is also able to build great relationships
- IT Diploma OR MCSE/A+/N+ Certifications
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle
- Able to do rotational standby
Plus at least of 3 years’ experience in a corporate IT environment supporting the below:
- Microsoft operating systems (Reloading in bulk and troubleshooting)
- Email troubleshooting (Office365 & Exchange systems)
- Microsoft Office product installations and troubleshooting
- Software licensing
- Apple products
- Mobile devices
- Networking protocols
