To provide efficient and effective administrative and office support service to the Information Systems function, in the Human Resources Department at Zuikerbosch Water Treatment Plant

Primary Duties

  • Render overall office administrative support service to the Information Systems Support Section
  • Capture HR related data on SAP
  • Process retirements, promotions, transfers, terminations, and new engagements
  • Leave administration and processing
  • Control and submission of timesheets
  • Maintain and update filing system
  • Follow – up and resolve pay related queries
  • Ensure that all services to HR clients are expedited timeously and efficiently
  • General communication

Minimum Requirements    

  • National Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
  • A National Diploma / Degree in HR management will serve as an advantage
  • 2 years of administrative working experience in HR Information Systems
  • Computer literate in MS Office and SAP HR
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass Rand Water k53 test

Knowledge    

  • Information Systems of HR Office administration
  • Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint
  • SAP HR

  • Document management skills
