Key Responsibilities
- Identifying complexity in restaurant design that limits innovation and providing options for development
- Process optimization of current products or procedures and development of process documents to meet the high KFC standards of operations
- Identify solutions for complex product innovation and future needs
- Develop OSD & MT plans that will enable a cross-functional team to gather data about the potential for new products and their impact thereof, including the implementation of these plans
- Identify solutions to optimize current products in conjunction with FIT and Marketing teams
- CSL development/lead spend smarter opportunities/develop cooking methods in line with KFC principles
- Provide insight and leadership to Food innovation and Marketing teams on restaurant systems and processes

Stakeholders
- The responsible person interacts with a cross-functional group of people not limited to functional colleagues, suppliers, franchisees, restaurant managers and the leadership team. The person will be responsible for gathering test feedback from test groups and provide data to the project team. The person will liaise with vendors to develop equipment solutions for future product innovation.
Qualifications
- Completed Matric and BCom Marketing/Business Management
Experience and Knowledge
- 5 to 8yrs of restaurant operations and product innovation experience in QSR.. Understand the dynamics of a food environment, QA, P&L, restaurant planning, management
- Extensive knowledge of Restaurant operations systems( experience in equity and franchise operations management)
- Decisions on whether a new product can be executed to the high KFC standards in an already complex operation. The impact on the organization is crucial in whether the organization achieves its financial targets such as sales and transactions growth
