Job Responsibilities

  • Work with all Group HR departments by providing data analysis according to specific requirements Contribute towards Group HR strategic reporting
  • Ensure the information stored in the database/people data warehouse is up-to-date and accurate
  • Ensure data flows and update all HR reports timeously
  • Make necessary enhancements to the reports and reporting techniques based on business requests
  • Prepare detailed documentation on processes, features, and data/workflows
  • Make and implement improvements, and recommendations where data gaps are identified
  • Analyse data and report trends by performing statistical analysis on the data for better decision making
  • Ensure that POPIA requirements and data governance processes are followed
  • Implement Data Management processes and principles when handling data

Requirement

  • You have at least 3 years of working experience in a corporate environment
  • You have been in an HR or payroll role and understand the HR function like the back of your hand
  • You have at least 1 year of experience in data modelling, BI report writing
  • You’ve worked with PowerBI, Tableau or similar tool
  • You have a qualification in either Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Data Science or Computer Science
  • You want to relocate to Durban (if you're not in our sunny city already)
