Key Output

• Respond professionally and efficiently to internal and external customer queries received through the switchboard.
• Politely and professionally receives and attends to all visitors.
• May also be required to assist other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry and internet research tasks.
• Respond to internal and external telephonic customer requests and queries.
• Handles incoming calls and performs general administrative duties
• Effective self-management and performance ownership

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

• Sound verbal and written communication, sound Microsoft office knowledge, business development skills and knowledge
• Grade 12 and a tertiary qualification would be an added advantage
• Fluent Verbal communication in relevant business language
• Professional conduct.
• Customer service orientation, Sound judgment, Attention to detail
• Resilience (stress handling), drive/initiative, Rule orientation, Assertiveness, Punctuality

• Communication, Professional telephone manner and etiquette, 2-3 years of experience
