Administrator Financial - Mercedes Benz

The objective of the job:

Provide finance and accounting-related information timeously, through forecasting, preparation, administration and interpretation of financial records in accordance with GAAP and MBAG accounting principles.

To administer and control parts pricing and related activities.

All activities will be done in compliance with the Company's Integrity Code and other relevant policies.


Main:

• Koppieview planning and reporting
• Investment planning and reporting
• Parts pricing, costing inventory: Maintenance of Parts pricing master data. Clear error reports. Update the product hierarchy. Open purchase report. Update Retail price. Rendering of parts. Local supplier price update. Run pricing variance reports. Ensure the effectiveness of all systems in place.
• Compliance with Financial standards and guidelines. To ensure that any business actions taken are compliant i.t.o. financial and auditing standards, MBAG/MBSA policies and guidelines. Responsible for the maintenance and reporting of ICS controls.
• Ad hoc reports
• Self-development: Take personal responsibility for Learning & Development through a process of assessment, reflection& actioning, including on and/or off-the-job training, and sharing earnings with the team.

• Work experience SAP
• MS Office
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Knowledge of reporting systems MIF and Impact
  
  

Experience:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Applicable to Internal and External candidates.
