Customer Service Representative - Quicket

Quicket is looking for a customer success representative with experience in support and a great attitude! We’re a team of dynamic and diverse individuals who value teamwork, loyalty and respect. The ideal candidate is :

• Patient, calm, professional and friendly
• Experienced (at least one year) in a support role
• Understand the impact of GREAT customer service on business success
• An excellent communicator with an above-and-beyond attitude
• Curious and pride yourself in taking initiative to solve and ensure an exceptional customer experience

Your responsibilities would include :

• Professionally handle incoming calls and emails from customers and ensure that issues are resolved timeously and efficiently.
• Direct calls and emails, including requests and unresolved issues, to the relevant department or resource when needs be.
• Meet defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and capacity targets.
• Assist in identifying opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer experience.
• Capture notes in the CRM system to provide customers with a more personalised experience.
• Continuously find ways to improve the customer experience.
• Own customer queries from start to finish - go above and beyond to make their day!

The ideal candidate has the following:

• Self-starter with a passion and knack for being a people person
• A minimum of one to two years of experience in a similar position
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Computer literate/tech savvy
• Organised with a can-do attitude
• Strong work ethic and target driven
