Quicket is looking for a customer success representative with experience in support and a great attitude! We’re a team of dynamic and diverse individuals who value teamwork, loyalty and respect. The ideal candidate is :
- Patient, calm, professional and friendly
- Experienced (at least one year) in a support role
- Understand the impact of GREAT customer service on business success
- An excellent communicator with an above-and-beyond attitude
- Curious and pride yourself in taking initiative to solve and ensure an exceptional customer experience

Your responsibilities would include :
- Professionally handle incoming calls and emails from customers and ensure that issues are resolved timeously and efficiently.
- Direct calls and emails, including requests and unresolved issues, to the relevant department or resource when needs be.
- Meet defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and capacity targets.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer experience.
- Capture notes in the CRM system to provide customers with a more personalised experience.
- Continuously find ways to improve the customer experience.
- Own customer queries from start to finish - go above and beyond to make their day!
The ideal candidate has the following:
- Self-starter with a passion and knack for being a people person
- A minimum of one to two years of experience in a similar position
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Computer literate/tech savvy
- Organised with a can-do attitude
- Strong work ethic and target driven
