In this role you will…
- Oversight, monitoring, daily management, and any other task associated with the LSP’s Customer Service Team to support the business objective of passing clean sales orders through to the warehouse in as short a time as possible. This pertains to all types of sales orders, r related to the Haleon business, with particular focus on the LSP’s system i.e. SAP.
- Business reporting (daily, weekly, or monthly).
- Providing support to the Pricing Administrator and Customer Service Administrator functions as and when required.
- Managing Supply Chain Compliance Requirements of whatever nature.
- Assisting with New Product Innovations and Run Out Plans.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Matric / Senior Certificate – required
- Supply Chain, Customer Service or Call Centre-related disciplines. Logistics, transport, warehousing, and/or distribution experience
- SAP in the Order to Cash Workstream
- Proven Customer Service Supervision / Experience
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Tertiary or Customer Service/Logistics /Data Analytics/Supply Chain Qualification (NQF level 6 minimum)
- Customer Service & Supply Chain experience
Additional Skills:
- Proactive self-starter who works with minimal supervision.
- Ability to manage multiple business priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- PC Literacy, Microsoft Office Skills
