Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has an exciting opportunity in our Sales Department. We are looking for a talented individual with relevant skills and experience for a Sales Manager strategic wholesaler role, which is based in Phoenix. The successful candidate will report directly to the Strategic Wholesaler Manager.
The key purpose to manage a territory is to provide a market-driven differentiated service that builds sustainable competitiveness within clearly identified channels and delivers sustainable growth in brand equity, sales volume, market share, competitive advantage and corporate reputation.

- Identified and implemented new business opportunities
- Managed volume vs unmanaged
- Developed, implemented and achieved territory business plan
- Customer plans, develop and implement
- Sales budget management
- Optimised customer service
- Managed terms and credit limits
- Managed assets and selling equipment
- Managed channels, outlet execution and merchandising

Knowledge:
- Sales/Marketing principles and practices
- CCBSA product knowledge
- TSP principles
- Manage execution standards
- Merchandising and cooler management
- Trade replacement

- Basic Finance and Commercial knowledge

Qualifications / Experience :
- Completed 3-year marketing/sales degree/diploma
- Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience
- A minimum of 3 years of Sales experience in an FMCG environment
- Valid code 08 driver's license, unendorsed
