key responsibilities

• Manage innovative delivery of business integrated, sustainable development solutions to Mr Price Money associates, ensuring brand and culture fit, alignment to our value business model, achieving excellence of learning experience and development of skills.
• Researches, creates and maintains excellent internal and external partnerships/networks and collaborative operating models.
• Drives consistent professional high standards of resource, budget, vendor and project management to deliver, measure and optimize solutions.
• L&D needs analysis and solution design
• Project management

requirements

1. Education:

• University Degree (or Diploma with significant experience) in Human Resources with L & D focus

2. Experience:

• 5+ years in adult learning and development – Technology enabled learning experience advantageous
• Knowledge of Financial Services landscape
• Call Centre experience preferred

• High proficiency in written and verbal communication
