Key Performance Area:
- Ensure maximise on private deals with customers/Banks
- Negotiations to be done in the best interest of the company ensuring profit achievements.
- Maintenance of paper trail regarding vehicles that have not been claimed and the storage fees exceed the value.
- Ensure customers are contacted before the vehicle is released.
- Ensure communication with management is done promptly (within 24hours) regarding the status of private vehicle deals.
- Implementation and develop new processes to improve current working systems.

Requirements:
- Matric
- 2 Years Experience Customer Service
- Computer Literate
- 2 Years Administrative experience
