IT Delivery Specialist - KFC

The Delivery Specialist will be responsible for driving the creation, planning, execution and monitoring of technology & digital projects in the Restaurant Technology portfolio to ensure that projects are implemented successfully and within timelines.

The Ideal candidate would be someone who has related project management experience in the fast food industry and has been involved in implementation of restaurant technology projects.

Key Responsibilites:

• Define, develop and manage Restaurant & Digital technology projects from inception to closure - 25%
• Coordinate resources, prepare project teams for kick off with key stakeholders and ensure effective completion of restaurant technology project milestones, control project scope and mitigate risks - 25%
• Ensure that best practices are being adhered to during the development and configuration of restaurant hardware and software resources prior to implementation to ensure delivery processes are efficient and cost effective - 15%
• Collaboration with stakeholders to strategize, define and communicate the technical requirements for Restaurant & Digital technology projects to be executed by the team in an efficient and effective manner when implementing projects - 15%
• Manage and participate in the system wide rollout of new enhancements, services or technology to restaurants and  online platforms projects - 20%

Qualifications

• Completed Diploma in IT or IT Industry related professional Certifications eg MSCE,ITIL
• Highly favoured - ITIL Foundation, Prince 2/Agile Project Management, MSCE Certified

Experience:

• At least 3 years’ experience in an IT technical role and has good knowledge of IT functions, systems and processes.
• Deep understanding of restaurant system features, Point of sales systems and environment is an added advantage
• At least 3 years project management experience in an IT Environment
