We are looking for an administrator/HR assistant/personal assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate would be an outgoing, focused individual that can work alone, or in a team, and be able to problem solve.

Based at our offices, the work would involve assisting the executive team, dealing with clients and the warehouse manager.

Duties would entail customer relations, debtor and creditors management, general HR and sales queries, financial reporting, data management and monitoring process flow from warehouse to customers door.

Required Skills

  • microsoft office : 1 to 5 years
  • sage accounting software : 1 to 5 years
  • mathematical ability : 3 to 4 years
  • organized multi-tasker : 3 to 4 years

Candidate Requirements

Computer skills intermediate, Microsoft office and outlook. Maths intermediate, English. Experience of 1 year minimum in a similar role.

Need to be a team player as well as a problem solver, and have the ability to work under pressure in an organized environment. Must be self motivated and adaptable to different work scenarios as the environment constantly evolves.

Job Requirements
  • Matric or Grade 12 with Accounting
  • BCom Degree or Accounting Diploma a must
  • Working knowledge of Pastel and Syspro a must
  • PC Literacy - Excel - intermediate

Suitable for people with a disability

Remuneration: R 5000
