Core Description

Provides functional support to management relating to reports, meetings, resources, logistics, enquiries, projects and action items.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support to management teams in the business unit
  • Order material and office resources
  • Arranges and co-ordinate meetings inclusive of minutes
  • Compile and distribute documents, briefing, reports, presentations and other correspondence
  • Tracking of various reports, documentation and urgent items

  • Draw information from various systems and compile reports
  • Track and report on enquiries, escalations and projects
  • Liaise with various stakeholders relating to facilities , equipment , tools and material

 

Qualifications

Grade 10(int) (NQF level 3) and 5 Years relevant experience

OR

Grade 12 (NQF level 4) and 2 Years relevant experience

 

Experience

Special Requirements

  • Driver’s licence preferred
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Willing to work after hours
