Customer Service Agent

Opportunity available with a start-up services business based business on the West Rand for a customer service agent. This position will be reporting to the service centre supervisor.

As the successful individual, you will need to meet the following essential requirements:

• Matric or school leaver with work experience
• One year services experience preferably in an insurance services or salvage handling

• Must be committed to the adherence of instructions, processes and procedures.
• Be very fluent in English (Afrikaans would be beneficial)

• Able to work under pressure and be customer service orientated.
• Positive attitude a must
• Precision orientated a must
• Well organized
• Self-managed; Self-motivated; Self-driven
• Fast learner, adaptation to change in tasks and schedules
• Keep on going until all is done attitude a must
• A Practical DIY type of attitude
• A person that does not need assistance in delivering quality results
• Liaising in a professional manner with clients in respect of jobs
  
  

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be computer literate Microsoft essential (excel, word, outlook and browsers)
• General understanding of electronic goods a plus
