We provide health care services throughout South Africa to both the general population and communities at increased risk for HIV and TB, including adolescent girls and young women, sex workers and people who use drugs.

Our work culture is adapted to the constantly-evolving South African health care environment and will suit solution-driven team players interested in opportunities for career development while working to connect people with care Purpose of the position: The purpose of this position is to provide a comprehensive administrative service to the line managers and Human Resources (HR) team to ensure accurate and complete record-keeping for all employees.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare necessary documentation on request for HR audits
- Process new & terminating employee information accurately Perform verification checks on new employees prior to employment
- Capturing of data on the e-HR system as required Ensure efficient management of the VIP leave module (ESS)
- Provide Divisions with regular leave reports
- Ensure all documentation relating to the termination of service are completed
- Obtain relevant documentation and forms from new employees
- Ensure new records are opened timeously and that all required documentation are contained in the files
- Carry out general administrative duties relating to Performance Management, Employee Relations
- Answering the telephone and taking accurate messages
- Handle HR queries where necessary
- Perform irregular, one time and special request tasks related to the department as a whole

Minimum Requirements
- Matric One-year diploma in administration / Human Resources Management
- VIP Payroll, Sage People, HR Systems and computer literacy a must
- At least 3 years’ experience working in an HR environment
- MS Office, Sage People and good understanding of legislation Knowledge of legislations, PAYE, UIF, filing and admin
- Proficiency in English and IsiXhosa languages
- Valid code 8 driver’s licence
- Clear criminal record
