Our Client in the financial Services industry based in Cape Town, Western Cape has a permanent position available for Call Centre Agents.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer's email
- Management and resolve customer complaints.
- Sell products and place customer orders in the computer system.
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
- Follow up customer calls
- Grade 12
- A tertiary qualification is preferred
- At least 3 - 4 years in call centre environment / customer service
- Previous experience in financial service industry will be advantageous
- Must reside in the Western Cape
