The incumbent will be responsible for the continuous issue, transfer and cancellation of electronic certificates. This include confirmation with all parties as soon as the transfer occurs - internal and external (owner of the grain can be either the buyer or seller, as well as the JSE), electronic transferring and communication with internal and external parties.
Handling of any queries regarding certificates, stock balances, instruction balances or dispatching from buyers, transport contractors, and other departments/any stakeholder, the cancellation and reprint of dispatch documents and any relevant administrative tasks.
The suitable candidate must have:

- Grade 12 Certificate or any equivalent NQF 4 qualification,
- At least three (3) year's relevant experiences in office administration.
- The candidate must be computer literate (Microsoft programmes are a prerequisite),
- have good communication and decision making skills
- must be proficient in Afrikaans and English.
