Key Performance Areas
- Daily processing of creditors' invoices
- Monthly preparation of creditors reconciliations
- Monthly expense accruals and provisions
- Resolving queries about pricing and quantity discrepancies
- Monthly creditors statistics –outstanding liability and ageing
- Create monthly supplier payment groups on JDE
- Filing and housekeeping
- Preparation of annual creditors accrual schedule
Qualification and Experience
- National Diploma in Finance /studying towards a Diploma in Finance
- 3 years in automotive or related manufacturing industries
- Previous creditor's experience is necessary
- JDE
- MS Office i.e. Excel
