Job Purpose:
To support the debtors team with finance administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
- Onboarding new dealers - On receipt of a new dealer application.
- Make sure the form is completed and signed correctly and that all required supporting documents are attached to the application before handing them to the Vetting Clerk for further assessment.
- Capturing new dealer accounts accurately and updating existing accounts.
- Make sure that clients information on Epicor is only updated/ captured based on valid documents.
- Scan all dealer applications and any supporting documents on Epicor.
Qualification and Experience:
- Matric
- Bachelors degree in accounting will be advantageous
- Minimum 2 years experience as a financial administrator, or similar
