Key Output
- Respond professionally and efficiently to internal and external customer queries received through the switchboard.
- Politely and professionally receives and attends to all visitors.
- May also be required to assist other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry and internet research tasks.
- Respond to internal and external telephonic customer requests and queries.
- Handles incoming calls and performs general administrative duties
- Effective self-management and performance ownership
Qualification, Experience and Competencies
- Sound verbal and written communication, sound Microsoft office knowledge, business development skills and knowledge
- Grade 12 and a tertiary qualification would be an added advantage
- Fluent Verbal communication in relevant business language
- Professional conduct.
- Customer service orientation, Sound judgment, Attention to detail
- Resilience (stress handling), drive/initiative, Rule orientation, Assertiveness, Punctuality
- Communication, Professional telephone manner and etiquette, 2-3 years of experience
