Job Purpose
To provide the branch with a general administrative service including reception and filing duties.
This post reports to the MANAGER (STRATEGIC PLANNING & QUAL ASS)
Key Responsibility Areas
- Provide the manager with office and reception service.
- Manage the filing system.
- Coordinate HIV/AIDS related awareness campaigns for the department.
- Provide assisted education scheme administrative support.

- Undertake related duties.
Essential Requirements
- An appropriate level of secondary education.
- 6 Months relevant experience.
Preferred Requirements
- Matric/Grade 12.
- Valid motor vehicle drivers license (Code B).
- 12 Months relevant experience.
