DUTIES:
- Switchboard
- Stationary orders
- General typing of quotes and Emails, memos etc.
- Promo orders
- Sorting incoming and outgoing mail
- Filing and posting of parts invoicing

- Faxing of parts invoicing and proof of delivery
- Assisting sales & customer Support
- Daily Banking
- Petty Cash
- Minor Creditor Duties
- Grocery orders
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have ABET Level 2 or Matric
- Applicants must be PC literate and have working knowledge of Word, Lotus, Wordpro, SAP & Excel
- Must have Excellent Communication skills
- Previous experience in a similar environment will be of an advantage.
