The IIE Varsity College has a vacancy for an Administration Assistant X2 (Fixed-Term Contract from 01 JANUARY 2021 TO 31 MARCH 2021) - Based at our Waterfall Online Centre in Midrand.
Duties:
- Office Filing (Student Records etc.)
- Ordering and control of campus stationery
- Assisting Lecturers with photocopying

- Ensure that campus photocopier is maintained and that the ink cartridges are ordered and replaced timeously
- Administration support for the campus Finance Department
- Cashier office relief when required
- Assist Campus Administrator with maintenance of online database
- Ad hoc campus projects
Competencies:
- Good interpersonal skills
- Must be methodical/systematic
- Experience in Word & Excel essential
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
Education:
- Matric
Work Experience:
- A minimum of 1-2 years admin experience. Must be computer literate (Word & Excel).
