Front Office Receptionist required for a busy, customer service orientated office in Sandton, assisting the office manager and in the accounts department.
Duties will include
- reception and switchboard duties
- capturing creditors invoices onto Pastel
- managing office consumables and stationery and reconciling the stock

- assisting with debtors administration
- petty cash and other ad hoc duties.
Applicants should have their
- matric
- 2 years administration experience and either studied accounts or towards a qualification or worked on Pastel in a similar role.
