Clerk General II at Pioneer Foods

Specific Outputs

Primarily responsible for Production Stock Management; that is: Ordering of Raw and Packaging Materials from warehouse to Factory, Ensure Production Stock Availability as per weekly plans, Resolve Stock Variances due to any form of losses, expiry and damages, Daily running various SAP transactions in the Production Environment, e.g. MB51, MB52, SQ_PP, ZC03B1, etc,

Back flushing and Printing of Batch sheets; Verifying Batch sheets Material Variances in SAP versus Consumped by Plant, Stock Counts, Daily and Weekly Consumption Report analysis and management with Root-Cause Analysis for Material Variances, Analysis and management of monthly reports on Stock Age of raw materials and Root-Cause Analysis thereafter.

Required Experience

• Eighteen months to two years relevant experience
• At least two years experience in SAP transactions

Qualifications

Grade 12

Primary Objectives of the Position

• Performs varied clerical duties and is responsible for the full clerical function, but cannot be considered a skilled or specialist clerk.
• Normally reports to Unit Supervisor.
