Currently we are searching for a Logistics Administrator for Durban, South Africa.
Responsibilities of this Post:
- Ensure to track routes to assure time on deliveries to customers.
- Inspect all vehicles and containers for roadworthy and condition such as signs of damage and leaks.
- Collaborate with Warehouse Manager to enhance load capacity and reduce damaged merchandise and loading errors.
- Review and arrange all transportation paperwork, inclusive of driver logs, trip reports, POD’s and invoices.
- Ensure compliance to all security as well as operational procedures.

- Handle client concerns and direct problems to suitable parties.
- Lead a program of continuous development for the transport function through regular reviews, and identifying training needs.
- Meet and manage all supplier and customer KPI’s in acceptable range.
Requirements of this Post:
- B.Com Degree in Logistics Management/Relevant Diploma.
- Two years Logistics experience.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Experience in Planning, Imports and Exports.
