DESCRIPTION
- We are seeking a motivated self-starter to lead our end-to-end AVS Program processes and directly impact how we drive value with our customers.
- In this role, you are the central leader across the end-to-end AVS program delivery process. You are responsible for defining and prioritising roadmaps, delivering cohesive value-driven CX plans through multiple cross-functional teams, and leveraging stakeholders to measurably improve AVS program delivery and output. This role is highly visible and directly responsible for influencing many levels of leadership across product, finance, vendor management, operations, and tech teams.
- The ideal candidate has a strong customer experience background, intuition, business and product sense, combined witha solid understanding of technical concepts and prioritisation. You must also be passionate about building and iterating indirectly through cross-functional teams. High judgment, ability to influence, analytical talent, exceptional communications, and leadership are essential to success in this role.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- Program, project, or product management experience
- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Senior experience managing stakeholders in a cross-functional project
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
