Mr Price Group is a high growth, omnichannel, fashion-value retailer with 6 trading divisions, namely: mrp ; mrphome; mrpsport; Miladys; sheetstreet and mrpmoney.
Develop, Monitor and execute the E-commerce Plan in order to achieve the E-commerce strategy and KPI's (Key Performance Indicators).
Key Responsibilities:
- Use website analytics to assess, monitor and report on order velocity, website traffic and site performance
- Motor, deliver and report on key ecommerce KPI’s
- Plan and track all online promotions to achieve online metrics
- Manage back-end digital operations and projects with internal and external resources

- Close monitoring of Ecom/Omnichannel fulfillment operations and working with logistics and retail teams to ensure SLA’s are properly set and achieved
- Identify new omni-channel opportunities and partner with vendors to prioritize and deliver back-end projects and new digital innovation
- Enable the omnichannel customer service team (Ecom, Retail, Social Media) to proactively deliver on-going customer service excellence by providing constant support and clear communication
- Monitor adoption and performance of payment methods and drive innovation in this area
- A good foundational understanding of fraud prevention and management
- Collaborate with Finance and Legal Dept. to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
- Monitor Refunds/Appeasements and Promo code usage to meet sales targets
- Accurate reporting on ecommerce operations and site performance
- Provide valuable input into annual and seasonal strategies and in-trade tactical activity
- Packaging and supplies management (forecast / budget / opportunities) for warehouse and omni services
- Proactively collaborate with Finance team and providers to reduce fraud rate and optimize the charge back process and monitoring
Essential Skills:
- Ability to build long-term relationships & communicate with a wide range of internal and external parties, either with business or technical background
- Strong analytical, planning, scheduling and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail, ability to produce reporting and present ideas in a clear and concise manner both verbally and in writing
- Experience in building and managing digital business operations (organization, processes, guidelines) a strong plus.
- Self-motivated, flexible, and able to handle large volumes of work independently
- Good judgment and decision-making skills
- Experience with managing small to medium-sized teams and resources
- Identify and develop team members for current and future career opportunities and to realize their fullest potential

Knowledge and Requirements:
- Experience with Content Management Systems and Digital Asset Management (preferably Magento)
- Solid understanding of Web programming languages
- HTML & CSS
- JavaScript •Web Analytics knowledge (Google Analytics certification a plus)
- Search Engine Optimization, PPC, Social Media, Email marketing.
- Tag management
- Database Management
- Payment systems
- 3 PL’s 3-5 years of e-commerce experience Diploma in Information Technology
