Role Purpose:
The Administration Manager will be accountable for administration process excellence for the Department. Ensuring optimal workflow within the department in regard to procedures and policies to mitigate risk and or improve operational efficiencies
Are you someone who can:
- Provide logistical and administrative support to the project managers and programme manager to track project costs, project meetings, workshops and complete accurate minutes from the meetings.
- Assist project managers with the coordination of project tasks and activities relating to the daily running of the projects through teamwork and collaboration.
- Execute small project tasks on behalf of project or programme managers. Prioritise own work and manage own deliverables.
- Assist with processes mapping, documentation and optimisation of processes.
- Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements
- Have provision of an efficient administration service through careful and timeous planning, reporting and updating of all related informationComply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements
- Manage costs / expenses within approved budget to achieve cost efficiencies
- Precise, systematic and rule-oriented in gathering, reviewing and evaluating data from a variety of perspectives; includes the ability to work with precision and highlight inaccuracies and inconsistencies in detailed information
- Anticipates, recognizes and meets the needs of internal and external customers, taking responsibility for maintaining the highest service standards and developing and sustaining productive client relationships
- Listens attentively, presents information in a clear manner and responds appropriately to the verbal and written communication of others

- CDRM experience an advantage
- Project Management experience a must
- Understanding of basic financial management
- 5 – 10 years work experience
