Sirius Engineering provides comprehensive Project Engineering, Project Management, Architecture and Consulting Services exclusively for the Food Industry. We are at the forefront of exciting multi-disciplinary projects for a variety of clients. We are currently seeking a talented Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic Team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop project execution plans.
- Facilitate the appointment of the professional team in consultation with the client.
- Set up communication and management systems.
- Coordinate inputs from all stakeholders.
- Manage design development in line with project objectives.
- Make sure the design fits the budget and timeline.
- Facilitate integration between different disciplines.
- Monitor and control change management.
- Manage tendering and appointment of contractors.
- Prepare and manage contracts.

- Ensure compliance with relevant procurement and health and safety legislation.
- Keep an eye on construction progress and quality.
- Organise site meetings and reporting.
- Manage the project handover to the client.
- Ensure completion of final accounts and documentation.
Requirements
- Degree in the built environment (Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or Architecture).
- 1-5 years relevant experience.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Packages (especially Excel, Word).
- Experience in project management software (e.g., MS Project) will be beneficial.
- Familiarity with tender processes and contract administration (e.g., JBCC).
- Experience in digital coordination and collaboration using ACC will be advantageous.
