Are you an organise, proactive, and tech-savvy professional with a passion for supporting senior leadership? We’re looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant (EA) to work closely with our CEO, enabling them to focus on high-value initiatives while ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day tasks.
Your Mission
As the Executive Assistant, you’ll play a critical role in managing the CEO’s workload and priorities across multiple businesses. By handling organisational and strategic support, you’ll be the driving force behind the CEO’s productivity, ensuring that tasks, projects, and communications are executed efficiently and nothing falls through the cracks.

What You’ll Do
Organisational Support
- Manage and optimise the CEO’s calendar, avoiding conflicts and ensuring productive use of time.
- Triage and respond to routine emails, ensuring critical matters receive attention.
- Coordinate with departments and stakeholders to align on deadlines and deliverable.
- Track ongoing projects, follow up on progress, and mitigate delays.
- Prepare and organise materials for meetings and presentations.
Strategic Support
- Attend key business meetings, capture insights, and summarise actionable next steps.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and opportunities, presenting concise findings.
- Draft high-level communications, such as proposals and stakeholder updates.
- Oversee cross-functional projects aligned with the CEO’s strategic goals.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and senior leaders to ensure alignment on priorities.
Key Outcomes
- Progress Tracking: Ensure deadlines are met and top priorities stay on track.
- Representation: Represent the CEO in meetings, draft communications, and build stakeholder relationships.
- Schedule Management: Maintain an optimised, conflict-free calendar with time allocated for strategic work.
- Efficient Communication: Triage emails, manage follow-ups, and act as a bridge between the CEO and stakeholders.
- Research & Preparation: Create polished materials and conduct insightful research to support decision-making.
- Travel Coordination: Oversee seamless business travel planning, including detailed itineraries and agendas.
