A large Chemical and Manufacturing Company is looking for an experienced Boilermaker/Welder to join their team!
Description
- Clean equipment and inspect
- Manufacture and plant steel fabrication
- Pipe installations and welding as per Pressure Equipment Regulations (PER)
- Filter side wall manufacture and install
- Screw Conveyor installation
- General workshop fabrication

Minimum requirements include;
- Completed a 3 year apprenticeship
- Trade Test Qualified (non-negotiable)
- 3 years experience post trade test qualification
- Medically fit for heights and confined spaces
- Experience working on fine and detailed welding in a high risk environment
- Willing to work in a petrochemical and gas environment
- Drivers licence and own transport
- MS Package computer skills and SAP is advantage
- The environment is hazardous
- You will be required to weld pumps and pipes that are leaking in a chemical
- environment
- It is beneficial if you have experience with pressure vessel equipment and
- pressure equipment regulations (PER)
- Preference will be given to EE candidates
