Our Digital Trade Engagement team is on a mission to revolutionize the way we connect with our trade partners. We're looking for a full-time Senior Graphic Designer with a strong video creation focus to join us on a one-year fixed-term contract. - As our Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll be a key player in crafting visually stunning and engaging assets that elevate our digital and offline platforms. Your work will directly support our mission to create innovative solutions that enhance our retailers' daily operations.

Your "day to day"
- Strategic Idea Generator: Contribute to the development of strategic and impactful ideas and concepts, ensuring their alignment with business strategies and campaign objectives throughout the entire process.
- Brief Whisperer: Accurately interpret project briefs to understand content requirements and deliver stunning visuals.
- Visual Guru: Create optimised visual assets for various applications, including sourcing images and audio.
- Video Maestro: Shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality video content tailored for diverse platforms.
- Photography Expert: Capture and edit stunning images that bring campaigns to life.
- Project Multitasker: Seamlessly manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders.
- Print Specialist: Ensure print-ready artwork and vector files are accurate, polished, and proof-perfect.
Who we are looking for:
- Tertiary qualification in graphic design, fine art, or a related field is preferred
- Solid experience as a Graphic Designer or Visual Artist with a robust portfolio showcasing both print and digital work
- Ability to work on location on a full-time employment basis
- Strong experience in video & image creation is essential
- Strong design fundamentals, including visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and color
- Meticulous attention to detail and a deep understanding of design principles
- Self-motivated, capable of working independently and as part of a fast-paced team
- Quick learner, eager to master emerging capabilities
- Adherence to brand guidelines with the ability to adapt artwork as needed
- A strong sense of teamwork and collaboration

Technical requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with Office 365
- Knowledge of Figma (preferred)
- UX and Salesforce experience are advantageous
- Bonus points for a great sense of humor!
