We have an exciting opportunity for an Admin clerk at our operation in Richards Bay to oversee all office duties, perform data capturing and processing of invoices. Please refer to the minimum requirements as well as duties and responsibilities below for further information.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Analysing fuel transactions
- Creditors (workshop and admin)
- Deadline orientated and the ability to coordinate various activities related to the creditor's functions
- Assisting with asset verification
- Analysing trip sheets with weighbridge reports
- Capture yellow equipment hours
- Assist with Vantage/Bagging plant
- Responsible for handling of petty cash
- Maintaining a filing system
- General administrative duties

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric
- 2-3 years General administrative experience
- Working experience on SAGE & Evolve systems will be advantageous
- Good numeric skills and high level of accuracy with attention to detail
- Computer literate with good MS Office skills
- Must be reliable and dependant
