A reputable company is looking for a Financial Manager to join the team.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Postgraduate in Finance or Accounting with CIMA, SAICA or other relevant professional certification
- Minimum of 3 years experience in financial management (post-training contract) with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, analysis and reporting
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards as well as regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical, communication and leadership skills
- Proven track record of success in financial management and strategic planning
- Experience in risk management
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and Excel
- Valid driver's License with own reliable transport
- Experience in the agricultural input sector will be beneficial
