As an Administrator in the training department, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth operation and delivery of training programs within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Keeping a schedule for trainers
- Compiling training reports (PowerPoint presentations)
- Proving training material needed by trainers (copying and binding)
- Making copies and filing of completed assessments (filing systems)
- Communicating with external service providers (getting quotes and scheduling of training sessions)
- Maintaining of the training database
- Printing of certificates for signature
- Sending completed documents to the relevant sites (signed certificates)
- Liaising with site personnel with regards to training needs for scheduling of trainers

Minimum requirements:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field
- 2 to 3 years of experience in an administrative role within a training, HR, or educational setting
- Familiarity with LMS or other training management software is advantageous
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ensuring accuracy in records, reports, and communications
- Ability to work collaboratively with trainers, trainees, and other HR personnel
