Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supporting the company’s policies and procedures
- Technical support for Drilling Contracts
- Ensuring continuous customer support regarding product performance.
- Professional and highly motivated to maintain and increase market share and profitability for Rock Drilling Tools.
- Monthly reporting to product and area managers of developments in area.
- Product presentations to new and existing customers to promote product.
- Liaison with customer on new products and designs.
- Liaise with customers regarding product related queries. (claims / non-performance)
Competences, Skills and Experience:
- Extensive product knowledge on U/G product lines in RDT.
- Certified drill rig operator. (or adequate experience in rock tool application and control)
- Knowledge of correct applications of products.
- Require medical fitness certificates.
- Ability to write detailed and comprehensive reports.
- Able to work without supervision and be a team player.
- Good communication skills and customer focused and be presentable on all levels.
- Computer Literacy
- Valid driver’s license.
Educational Qualifications:
- Grade 12 educational certificate
