Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accurately complete a checklist for every vehicle that is delivered to the site
- Starting ratios on vehicles arriving at branch
- Ensure that all vehicles are locked and windows are closed /wrapped in plastic where necessary and that all loose parts are secured neatly inside the vehicle, and the batteries terminals were removed, before moving to bay allocation

- Ensure that all keys received are tagged correctly, recorded and handed over at the end of each shift
- Ensure that all driveable vehicles are driven to the bay allocation
- Ensure that all accident damaged vehicles are moved with the forklift using a plank to the bay allocation
- Ensure that Forklift Standard Operation Procedure is followed in totality, all forklift checklists are completed at the beginning of each shift and your yard controller sheet is filled in and handed in
- Complete releases checklist on all Repairs / Withdrawn / Reps
- Assist clients or assessors with viewing
- Assist where required and requested to do so by management

Candidate Requirements
- Matric
- Previous General Worker experience
- Computer Literate (MS Word, Excel)
- Previous experience working on the computer
- Good communication skills in English
