Duties:
- Opening of student files for first time entering students.
- Filling of student's documents and records into the student's files.
- Keeping file movement register.
- Updating of student files.
- Issuing and receiving of student files to/from end users.
- Safekeeping of student files and records.
- General routine office administration.
Requirements:
- Relevant National Diploma coupled with least 2 years relevant administrative experience. Knowledge of ITS will be an added advantage.
