You'll be the MVP of our team, assisting the Store Manager, and helping to lead our squad to victory. Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Assist the Store Manager in leading and motivating a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Customer Service: Ensure that every customer receives excellent service by leading by example and coaching the team on customer interaction and problem resolution.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels, merchandise displays, and stock replenishment to maximize sales opportunities.
- Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to create eye-catching displays that drive customer engagement and boost sales.
- Training and Development: Support the training and development of store staff through ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
- Operational Excellence: Assist in managing store operations, including cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Loss Prevention: Work closely with the Store Manager to implement loss prevention strategies and maintain a secure shopping environment.
- Team Building: Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting teamwork and a strong work ethic among store staff.

Qualifications:
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- 3 Years' experience in retail.
- Management experience (advantageous).
- Sales & service management.
- Budgeting.
- Computer literate.
- Communication skills
- Business understanding of retail trade, brand, customer & product.
