Cashier - Peermont Global SA

Job Purpose

To provide efficient customer service by performing Prive and admin bank Cash Desk Transactions to the required standards, and in compliance with all applicable Laws, Rules and Regulations.

Main Responsibilities

• Effective and accurate transactions with all customers.
• Security, accountability and reconciliation of daily operational float.
• Maintain all transactions to departmental standards.
• To be familiar with departmental Procedures and Policies

Qualifications

Matric / Grade 12

Minimum Requirements

• Must have 1 year of working experience in Cashiering.
• Basic computer knowledge skills.
• Knowledge of facility procedures and their application to customers.
• Knowledge of credit cards, cheque markers and cashless transaction processing and the standards thereof.
• Accurate and quick completion of all transactions.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to perform the Administrative duties for the Admin bank.
• Must have a working knowledge of Gaming Board rules and regulations.
• Shift work is an operational requirement.
• Operationally required to work in a smoking environment.
